LHA developed its first Hotel, Andell Inn, Kiawah Island SC which opened in March of 2014. Innovatively the first Marriott “soft branded” Marriott Residence Inn which confirmed the advantages of all custom designed leisure hotels that feature larger guest rooms with living rooms and full kitchens, resort pools and dramatic great rooms. For 10 years Andell Inn has been Marriott’s highest performing guest satisfaction hotel with “Intent to Recommend” scores in the top 1% of all Marriott hotels.
